Meanwhile, the day before, court docs in Olivia's drawn-out custody battle with former fiancé Jason Sudeikis, 47, were leaked and reportedly revealed she accused him of attempting to "litigate her into debt" during their war over Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6. "While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot," her lawyers allegedly wrote, with a separate filing disclosing that she spends more than $100K per month outside of legal bills. "Jason seems intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick."
