SPARKLING IN LONDON JULIA ROBERTS ON HER THRILLING NEW MOVIE, FAMILY LIFE AND HER EX MATTHEW PERRY

Looking every bit the pretty woman, Julia Roberts made a gorgeous return to the public eye in London, flashing her megawatt smile and reminding everyone why she is still one of the biggest stars on the planet.

Arriving for the première of her new Netflix movie, Leave the World Behind, the Oscar winner, 56, dazzled in a pastel-pink blazer with matching Gucci shorts. And in a seeming nod to the festive season, Julia complemented the look with silvery accents – Gucci pumps, glittery nails and a showstopping diamond choker from Chopard, which counts her as an ambassador.

America’s ageless sweetheart was beaming – with good reason. She’s the star of the buzzy thriller Leave the World Behind, which sees her share the screen with Ethan Hawke, Mahershala Ali, Myha’la Herrold and Kevin Bacon. “It’s the ultimate flight-or-fight movie,” the leading lady teased on the red carpet.

Adding even more star power to the project are its executive producers: none other than Barack and Michelle Obama. “They are brilliant people and great human beings who have made the world a better place,” Julia gushed during her recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show. “So when they said they were interested in collaborating on the film … I was very excited.”
