DISGRACED Hollywood heavyweight Will Smith is having a blast with new BFF Johnny Depp, and insiders say his controlling wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, is seeing red!

The 55-year-old actor, who was canceled by Tinseltown after slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars, was snapped partying with Depp, 61, aboard a yacht in Italy with Jada nowhere in sight.

"Will and Johnny go way back, and have a lot of mutual friends," spills a spy.

The cozy friendship has 52-year-old Jada, who walked the red carpet with Will at the June premiere of his flick Bad Boys: Ride or Die, in a tizzy.
