WIDOWED country singer Kellie Pickler is trapped in an ugly legal war with the parents of her late songwriter-hubby, Kyle Jacobs, who tragically blew his brains out with a shotgun two years ago.

At issue are the possessions of the 49-year-old Kyle, including an extensive gun collection, a gun safe, a sword, expensive watches and guitars, jewelry, school awards and various other musical instruments and personal items.
