TROUBLED rapper Lil Nas X was arrested after he was found wandering down a Los Angeles street wearing only his tighty-whities and white cowboy boots with an orange traffic cone on his head.

The Old Town Road singer's trip to the slammer started around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, when he was seen on surveillance footage grabbing a drink in the lobby of Short Stories Hotel in West Hollywood.

The 26-year-old Grammy winner, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was wearing a cowboy hat, jeans and a button-up shirt before he eventually shed his shirt and fanned himself to cool off in L.A.'s heat wave.
