Senseless attack kills innocent guy waiting for bus

MADMAN Daniel Michael nearly decapitated a stranger with a hatchet at a Tucson bus stop in front of the guy's horrified wife — and the victim eventually died after languishing on life support for nearly two weeks, lawmen say.

Jacob Couch, 32, was ambushed last month less than a mile from the University of Arizona's campus. Authorities say psycho Michael struck the Alabama dad in the neck as he sat on a bench beside his spouse, Kristen, and the brutal blow almost lopped off his noggin.

“It was very traumatic, and there was a lot of blood,” Kristen recalls.

Seconds before the senseless attack, she says Michael was yelling at them.
