Golf course gunman’s security breach exposes Secret Service as inept

REPUBLICAN presidential contender Donald Trump is lucky to be alive after yet another shocking display of ineptitude by the Secret Service — and security experts warn the agency’s unfathomable failures are making the former commander-in-chief and other candidates sitting ducks for deranged wouldbe assassins!

Just 67 days after epic mistakes by the Secret Service allowed a gunman to shoot up a Trump rally in Pennsylvania, coming within inches of killing the 78-year-old former president, another rifle-toting nutcase managed to get within a few hundred yards of him on his Florida golf course.

This time, the feds say a 58-year-old North Carolina man, Ryan Wesley Routh, was apparently lying in wait for about 12 hours to get a clear shot at the blustery billionaire. Routh was said to be hiding in a thicket of shrubs on the public side of a fence protecting the sixth hole of the Trump International Golf Club in tony West Palm Beach.
