SOCCER legend David Beckham is dragging movie hunk Mark Wahlberg into court claiming the pumped-up actor cheated him out of $10 million in a fitness company deal gone bad.

According to Beckham, he became pals with the Shooter muscleman after moving to California to play for the L.A. Galaxy soccer team — and the actor, 52, used their relationship to “dupe” him into signing a promo deal with an annual $1.5 million paycheck with F45 Training, a fitness firm.
