THE children of Good Times hunk John Amos are locked in a ferocious feud over his paltry will and tragic final days.

In an explosive GLOBE interview, Amos' daughter, Shannon, demanded a police probe, claiming "foul play" was responsible for his death! Shannon, 58, blames her brother, Kelly Christopher "K.C." Amos, 54, for years of elder abuse and medical neglect driven by greed. She accuses him of changing their dad's will at least five times to cut her out after draining the star's cash accounts and then having his corpse burned to hide evidence of "foul play." The beloved actor died at age 84 reportedly of congestive heart failure at an Inglewood, Calif., hospital on Aug. 21, and his body was cremated nine days later but his death was not publicly revealed until weeks later, say sources.

Now a mere $300,000 of his fortune is left and the siblings are warring over it.
