After years of building his own property portfolio, REALTOR® Eric T. Neith decided to get licensed in order to make investing easier. His plan wasn't to go into real estate full-time, but nevertheless, people started coming to him to ask for help with buying and selling their homes. Before he knew it, he had enough business to fully commit to real estate as a career, eventually starting his own team, The Eric T. Neith Team at EXP Realty.
Now, 7 years in, Eric oversees 22 agents representing clients throughout Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
Eric's reputation for being attentive and available at all times has resulted in over 60-70% of his business coming from repeat and referral clients. He even has clients who have bought a dozen houses through him over time.
