ELIOR GROUP PARTNERS WITH IBM TO DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE THROUGH AGENTIC AI

Elior Group, a global leader in contract catering and support services, has teamed up with IBM France in a strategic collaboration to strengthen its digital transformation journey. At the heart of this partnership is the creation of a cutting-edge “Agentic AI & Data Factory” — a centralised platform designed to bring intelligence, efficiency, and agility to Elior Group's operations across its global footprint.

The collaboration, officially announced from Bengaluru, marks a major milestone for Elior as it looks to elevate both its internal processes and client offerings by embedding artificial intelligence deeply into its business DNA. This factory will act as a nerve centre, hosting and managing Al agents—autonomous tools capable of analysing large volumes of data and making actionable decisions in real time.
