Problem:
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I know the next generation working on this farm is getting very frustrated with me. Our two oldest kids graduated from college two and four years ago. They worked for other ag businesses before coming back to our farm. We have plenty of work for them, but I can tell something is simmering below the surface.
