Since he was kid, Justin Porter has been working in the construction business his father, Roy, started nearly 50 years ago. Today he’s the owner/operator of Porter Family Exteriors, a home renovation company that specializes in siding, roofing, stucco remediation, and window and door installation.

"I started at the bottom picking up trash, did that for years, and worked my way up to running the crews in my early 20s," Porter says.

That same opportunity for growth is now a cornerstone of the company’s success.
