With over 14 years of international hospitality experience and accolades like 'Middle East General Manager of the Year', Gurnoor shares insights from her journey and how she plans to elevate the guest experience in Goa.

You're taking charge of The St. Regis Goa Resort at a transformational moment. What is your vision for this property, and how do you plan to place it on the global map of luxury destinations?

It is a defining moment to step into leadership at The St. Regis Goa Resort, just as the resort unveils its remarkable transformation. My vision is bold yet clear: To position The St. Regis Goa not only as India’s finest resort, but as one of the finest luxury resorts in the world. The exquisite resort spans across 49 acres and has long been recognized for its natural beauty, but with the elevated St. Regis hallmarks, an entirely new narrative is possible, one that places this resort in the same league as the most iconic destinations in the world.

The renovations are now nearing completion, and we are on the cusp of unveiling a new suites’ wing that is truly first-of-its-kind in India, featuring our St. Regis Suites, Caroline Astor Suite & John Jacob Astor Villas and an extraordinary Presidential Villa. My vision is to showcase this transformation through marquee events and experiences that embody storytelling at its finest: from celebratory rituals unique to the St. Regis legacy, to signature festivals that bring together culture, fashion, art, and gastronomy.
