Saudi Arabia's premier real estate event, Cityscape Global, returns to Riyadh this month as a critical platform, poised to capitalise on the kingdom's new foreign property ownership law and ambitious Vision 2030 giga-projects.

CITYSCAPE GLOBAL, the world's largest real estate exhibition, is set to return to Riyadh this month (November 17 to 20), positioning itself as a pivotal platform for institutional investors and global developers accessing Saudi Arabia's ambitious Vision 2030 projects.
The event, held under the theme “The Future of Urban Living” at the Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (Momah) in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Vision 2030 and the Housing Program, and organised by Tahaluf.
It is poised to attract over 172,000 participants, reflecting the kingdom's rapidly transforming real estate landscape.
The 2025 exhibition gains significant importance following the Saudi Cabinet's approval of a new law governing property ownership by non-Saudis in designated zones, a change set to commence in 2026. This landmark legislative shift is expected to be a major catalyst for international investment, reinforcing the event's role as a key financial meeting point.
