• Fatema Al Nuaimi

In January 2025, Al Nuaimi was appointed CEO of the ADX-listed ADNOC Gas succeeding Ahmed Alebri, who moved to lead ADNOC Sour Gas. With over 25 years of experience across ADNOC and the wider energy sector, Al Nuaimi previously served as Executive Vice President of Downstream Business Management at ADNOC and as CEO of ADNOC LNG from 2019 to 2022. ADNOC Gas supplies about 60% of the U.A.E.’s sales gas needs and supplies end-customers in over 20 countries. In H1 2025, the company’s revenues recorded $12.1 billion and the net income surged by 12% to $2.7 billion compared to H1 2024.

Meier joined Jumeirah, a member of Dubai Holding, as COO in 2021, and assumed his CEO position in January 2025, having served as Interim CEO from February 2024. Meier played a key role in the group’s expansion into Africa in December 2024, reinforcing its global growth strategy. Before joining Jumeirah, he led global openings and integrations for Fairmont, Swissôtel, and Raffles, and later held senior leadership roles at Minor Hotels.
