HD Hyundai Construction Equipment India has announced a unified, single-window service model to simplify after-sales support and spare parts supply across its equipment range. Speaking at EXCON 2025, Sudip Kargupta, Head of Parts Business - India, said the initiative will provide direct engine service and parts support for mini excavators, wheel loaders, and midsize excavators, eliminating the need for multiple service touchpoints. He noted that strong customer retention has been driven by consistent service quality and genuine parts availability. To further strengthen this, Hyundai is using telematics and loT-based predictive maintenance to forecast parts demand, automating warehouses for faster response, and adopting dual sourcing to reduce supply chain risks.
