PROJECT BACKGROUND

With over 40 years of expertise, Interarch Building Products' knowledge and capabilities were demonstrated with the Hindustan Unilever, Sumerpur facility- an ultra-modern spray-dried detergent factory constructed to manufacture products like Surf Excel. After considering proven track records of delivering critical, complex, and large projects, the company was chosen amongst leading bidders to execute the complex manufacturing facility, which was India's tallest multi-storey process building.

Its innovative technologies and engineering excellence allowed them to deliver one of the tallest building structures for HUL, with a total project value of Rs 56 crore of steel structure, spread over a project area of over 35,000 m2.

DESIGN APPROACH

A clear understanding of the customer requirements, combined with a methodical engineering and manufacturing approach, made for a project delivery that guaranteed customer delight. HUL's Sumperpur facility comprises seven buildings: Process high bay, HAG biomass, packing raw material SFG, raw material, utility structure, pipe rack, etc.
