Ravi Lalwani: What percentage of your customers are women? What percentage of your overall business comes from women customers? How have both these figures changed over the last few years?

Nikunj Agarwal: At Propelld, women constitute about 29% of our borrowers, contributing 28.59% of our total business. Notably, 40.18% of our women borrowers are New to Credit (NTC), significantly higher than the 27.06% among men, indicating that more women are entering the formal credit ecosystem for the first time. Over the past 6 years, we have witnessed a 35% increase in women borrowers, driven by rising financial literacy, improved access to credit, and a growing demand for professional education.
