Even as a 73ft boat with triple IPS engines, seating for 16, sleeping for six, an ensuite crew cabin and a lower lounge and galley, the new flagship of the Van Dutch fleet looks almost exactly the same as a scaled up entry-level 32.

You get a long swept hull completely free of aesthetic fuss. No hull windows, no grabrails, no guard rails, no evident anchor and no superstructure, save for an optional T-top. But given how much traction Van Dutch has gained for its no-holds-barred approach to high-end day boating, that's by no means a bad thing.
