MOMENTUM M10

Lymington-based Electric Outboard has become the exclusive UK distributor of the Momentum M10 electric outboard - one of the lightest 10kW (15hp) electric outboard packages on the market. The outboard itself weighs just 22kg, although the transom mount adds 6kg and the MB6 battery another 37kg.

On the plus side it's extremely easy to move and fit. You simply clamp the transom bracket to the boat, slide the motor onto the bracket and lock it into place with a securing clip. A single cable carries both power and data, so once connected, you're ready to play.
