Austrian brand returns from brink of bankruptcy, courtesy Bajaj Auto
Bajaj Auto has secured controlling ownership of Austria's KTM AG through a comprehensive €800 million (approximately ₹78,576 crores) financial restructuring. Effectively, once all formalities are completed, Bajaj will own a 75 percent stake in KTM! This marks a major shift in the global motorcycle industry, as the Austrian brand recovers from the brink of insolvency.
