Protection Beyond the Helmet

At the core of every NEO Kavach Air Vest is a Level 2 back protector, offering the high level of impact attenuation under CE standards. Unlike passive armour that merely absorbs impact, the Air Vest deploys an airbag system designed to stabilise the upper body before ground contact. The inflated air chamber provides full spine protection, trunk stiffening to shield vital organs, coverage for hips and kidneys and resistance to hyper-flexion to maintain spinal alignment. Deployment occurs within 100 milliseconds, meaning the airbag inflates almost instantly upon separation from the motorcycle, helping stabilise the rider before impact.
