With another set of hat-trick wins, the reigning WorldSBK champion, Toprak Razgatlioglu, is now leading his title defence
SO FAR, THE 2025 WorldSBK title race has ebbed and flowed between the reigning two-time champion, Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKIT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team), and Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing Ducati), but their latest tussle around Donington Park may have skewed the momentum into one side, for this time Razgatlioglu took pole position with Bulega close behind in second place. Alex Lowes (Bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) qualified third, as the six-time world champion, Jonathan Rea (Pata Maxus Yamaha), had his best qualifying of the season in fourth position.
