Xtra Impulse

We've finally got our hands on the highly anticipated Hero Xpulse 210. Will it be all the ADV you'll ever need? Is it enough of an incremental update compared to the Xpulse 200 4V?

It was the second year of college, and I eagerly lay in wait for a brand new motorcycle. I had already made up my mind about buying the Hero Impulse, but at the last minute, my father urged me to purchase a second-hand motorcycle that was more affordable. Ever since then, the Impulse and Xpulse have always been those motorcycles I've coveted and I was waiting for the chance to get my hands on them one day or the other. Can this new and improved Xpulse finally be the one?

From a design standpoint, this is unmistakably an Xpulse. I love the way Hero has made sure that the ethos of the Impulse and 200 4V aren’t lost with this new iteration. I also appreciate the little touches like the grab handle just below the LED projector headlamp up front to help out in a sticky situation, or the luggage carrier at the back with an ‘X’ cut into the design. Another aspect I love is the fact that Hero has made subtle changes all around the motorcycle; the upswept exhaust is slimmer and has a unique beat to it, and the fuel tank is better contoured and moved forward for better movement forward and backward while standing and riding on trails or off-road.
