IN a move that will shock DIY fans across the country, Swarfega has announced that the green gloop, which has been a part of every mechanic's life since 1947, is being killed off. The company is discontinuing the distinctive-smelling hand-cleaning jelly that can still be found under most sinks or in sheds across the country in ageing tins and plastic pots.
