For the first time in many years, the Capital's art scene shines a light on 15 Bengali contemporary artists of renown, through a special exhibition

New Delhi-based Treasure Art Gallery recently showcased artworks of 15 renowned master artists from Bengal working with various media such as painting and sculpture. The show titled Art of Bengal Today’ gave people a peek into the rich and dynamic history of Bengal through a kaleidoscopic collection of art marked by beauty, despair, irony and much more. Curated by the gallery’s owner, Tina Chandroji, the show featured artworks of renowned Bengal artists, including Jogen Chowdhury, Ganesh Haloi, Sunil De, Ashok Bhowmik and Tarun Dey.
