Top riders Will Biddick and Gina Andrews have taken their eighth and 10th championship titles respectively
WILL BIDDICK and Gina Andrews have won their eighth and 10th pointing championships respectively – and Tom Ellis his fifth.
As the 2022/23 season is complete, Will won the men’s title with 53 winners, and Gina the ladies’ title on 31.
Will battled with Jack Andrews but pulled clear, beating Jack into second on 41.
“Winning the Aintree Foxhunters on Famous Clermont was a highlight of my career – not just my season,” said Will.
Gina’s husband Tom Ellis was leading trainer with 15 or more horses for the fifth time, clocking up an impressive 70 winners, with Bradley Gibbs in second with 22 winners.
