Our marriage to each other is now 44 …. Gosh!… yes 44 years ol….no young! Young because we don’t feel old at all. After our bird…oops girls flew from the nest we have been busy rediscovering each other and realising that we quite like each other a lot! It is like a whole new discovery: It is relaxation time and resting on our laurels. Not that there are many laurels to write home about. We have not been a great pair or wonderfully unique parents or anything. In fact we had been a very volatile couple and there had been a lot of fireworks before and after Diwali. We were not very good at following any rules of parenting either (though now I lecture Saumya on how to bring up her boys!)
