Thirteen years after they split, the Young Divas’ Emily Williams has hinted the Australian Idol supergroup could be getting the gang back together!
“I would definitely be open to it. I love all the girls, we have been through a lot together and it would be great to take a walk down memory lane and belt out some tunes!” says Emily of her bandmates Ricki-Lee Coulter, Paulini Curuenavuli, Kate DeAraugo and Jessica Mauboy.
After forming in 2006, the group’s first single This Time I Know It’s For Real went straight to number two in the Aussie charts. But it wasn’t long before cracks began to show, with Ricki-Lee quitting after just one tour.
NO SCANDAL
The singer, 35, tells Woman’s Day there was no scandal behind her split from the band.
