Woman’s Day has learned that four years after Rene’s death from throat cancer, the Canadian singer is struggling to keep afloat and is making poor decisions, both in her music and in her private life.

At 51, the mum-of-three has been partying until all hours with her back-up dancer Pepe Munoz – who sources say, calls himself her best friend, closest confidant, creative director and unofficial life coach.

“If Celine’s had a big night, you can guarantee Pepe isn’t far away. The argument from him is that she never really had a youth because she’s been famous her whole life, and it’s time she enjoyed herself,” says a source.
