‘I was at ROCK BOTTOM'

Most people would find it hard to deal with a cheating spouse, and Una Healy has now opened up on how her messy split from her ex-husband, Ben Foden, left her ‘lonely’ and at ‘rock bottom’.

Una, 38, and Ben, 35, split in 2018 after six years of marriage, after he was unfaithful to her – announcing the news just days before they were meant to move to the States with their children, Aoife, eight, and five-year-old Tadhg, for Ben’s rugby career.

LONELY IN LOCKDOWN

While Una did move on with Limerick hurler David Breen, she split up with him just before lockdown, after a year together – and just two weeks after Ben revealed his new wife, Jackie Belanoff Smith, was pregnant. This is something that Una has now admitted led to her feeling lonely.

Opening up about lockdown life with her two kids on the podcast Sippin’ the Tea, Una confessed, ‘I was quite lonely over there [in England] with my two kids. Just not having adult company. It was just the three of us.
