Connie reaches a milestone in her acting career.
THE year 2017 kicked off on a great note for seasoned actress Connie Chuime (64). With only five months into the year, the actress has featured in an American film and also celebrated 40 years in the entertainment industry.
ACTING IN AN INTERNATIONAL FILM
While many could only dream about acting in a Marvel Productions movie, Connie has ticked that goal off her bucket list. The actress recently landed a role in the upcoming international movie, Black Panther, where she stars alongside the renowned Lupita Nyongo, Angela Bassett, Chadwick Boseman and Michael B Jordan.
“I auditioned for a role in the movie right here in South Africa. When I got to the auditions, I was the only woman there and I got the role,” says Connie.
