When you make your way to the front gate and reception area at George Country Resort, there is little indication as to the beauty and shaded tranquillity that lies within.After chatting to the very friendly Mari at reception and getting the resort access code, we made our way into this wonderful campsite that is set amongst many large trees – offering excellent shade to campers. There are 126 stands that are shaded and grassed with 220V power points. There are scullery and laundry facilities available and the ablution facilities are clean and neat, offering hot showers and baths. George Country Resort provides 16 private ablution blocks, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
