Wake's Up, And He's In Control

Remedy’s supernatural thriller Alan Wake will be returning to Xbox One soon, at least in its original Xbox 360 form. The game was removed from Microsoft’s consoles, and from PC digital stores, last year due to the expiration of its music licenses.

The developer confirmed on Twitter that all licensing issues are now resolved and the title is available once again for PC, with Xbox to follow soon. Remedy tweeted, “Big thanks to our partner and Alan Wake’s publishers Microsoft, who were able to renegotiate the rights to the licensed music in Alan Wake.”
