FAVOURITE BATTING PARTNER

Rishabh Pant has revealed the name of his favourite batting partner.

The 22-year-old southpaw said that MS Dhoni is his favourite batsman as the experience of batting with the former Indian skipper is just ‘amazing’. According to the young gloveman, everything seems to be ‘sorted’ for him when Dhoni is out there as his batting partner. Pant stated that he has to do nothing else but only follow the lead of veteran wicketkeeper-batsman. During his recent online interaction with Delhi Capitals franchise, Pant rued that he gets limited opportunities to bat with Ranchi star. “My favourite batting partner is MS Dhoni but it’s very rare that I get the chance to bat with him.”

Archer trolls former player

Jofra Archer was trending on Twitter again, but this time it wasn’t for his tweets from the past. He was involved in banter with Tino Best. Best did not seem to be impressed with England’s decision to leave out Broad and play Archer instead. He took to twitter and wrote, “Honestly why is Archer playing before Broad? You have Wood bowling 90+, and he’s bowling the same pace as Broad, I have no problem with Broad being pissed #EngVsWI ..... That’s not fair at all.” Archer decided to defend his case and gave it back to Tino in his famous style. Jofra addressing Tino asked why he hasn’t become a coach with this amount of in-depth knowledge.
