Elyounoussi's Delight At First Celtic Goal
Celtic View
|Vol 55 Issue 14
MOHAMED Elyounoussi already knows what it’s like to score a Europa League goal at Celtic Park, having done so for Molde back in 2015. Now he’s experienced it as a Celtic player, and having 60,000 supporters celebrate the goal this time made it all the sweeter.

The Norwegian internationalist, who joined the Hoops on a season-long loan from Southampton, set the seal on an impressive victory over CFR Cluj, scoring in the second-half to make it 2-0 to Neil Lennon’s side after Odsonne Edouard had given the team a first-half lead.
Elyounoussi started and finished the move, winning the ball in his own half and driving forward before feeding the ball out to James Forrest, and when the winger repaid the compliment, he fired home from the edge of the area with the aid of a deflection.
