Belgian Joseph Planckaert rides through the hills on a stage of the Tour de France in 1965. Sadly, we’re not sure exactly where or when this was taken; the information on the photo is contradictory. It claims to be of his brother Willy Planckaert – but he didn’t ride the Tour in 1965 and never rode for the team that Joseph is in the kit of here.
