First released in 2003, the I-Magic trainer promised to end the misery of solo indoor training by immersing you in a full-on virtual landscape. Simply set your bike on the resistance unit, install the software on your PC or laptop and enter a world of richly rendered cycling environments, from velodrome shoot-outs to road races, to off-road circuits. Race built-in opponents, race your friends (if they were on the same network), or even race your own saved past performances. All at the click of a mouse.
