How Will You Adapt To Spending More Time At Home?

My office Strava commute group has, if anything, seen an increase in activity.

When we can’t be together physically to commute into the office we are instead riding home-home loop commutes and interacting more via Strava. Fresh air and physical activity is a big factor for wellbeing, so given the circumstances I am not surprised we are seeing more Strava activities right now. So easy to fit a run/cycle in when you don’t have to commute to the office. Adam Van-Dyke
