As my final column for Cycling Weekly, I thought I better hit you with the end-of-season review – one of the most important parts of the year, especially when you’re at the start of your career, like I am. There are a lot of people that are ideally involved in this sometimes-painful process but it sets the tone for the coming winter months and the following season, so it’s crucial to get it right and take the most important lessons from the analysis.
