You’ve got the house all dolled up, picked out outfits fr yourself and the apple of your eye, wrapped the gifts, and hidden them in the safest place you could find. Now there’s one more thing left on a seemingly never-ending to-do list—sorting the meals. While we’re all for going out, we also understand that it does come with a price—countless hours in the kitchen and trying to balance the rest of your chores. Well, M&B has got you covered! These recipes are time-saving, easy to make, and lip-smackingly delicious.
Peanut Butter Blondies
YOU NEED
- 75 gms peanut butter
- 50 gms maple syrup/honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 90 gms whole wheat flour
- 70 gms milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 50 gms chopped dark chocolate
- 50 gms grated carrot (optional)
- A pinch of salt
YOU MUST
- Heat milk, peanut butter, honey, vanilla essence.

Mix well till everything combines.
- Add whole wheat flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix till it is well incorporated
- Fold in chopped dark chocolate and grated carrots.
- Pour in a 6’ x 6’ container.
- Bake in a preheated oven @160 degrees for 10-12 mins till the skewer comes clean.
