Asante – who followed new manager James Rowe to the Spireites from Gloucester City last month – led the line with a top treble, while Scott Boden, Haydn Hollis and Jak McCourt completed the rout.

Rowe remains unbeaten in his four matches so far, winning three and keeping three clean sheets.

“I don’t want the players to relax, I keep urging them to get six or seven and I want to keep a clean sheet at the other end,” Rowe said.
