IPHONE 12 PRO

IT’S A DESIGN makeover, one that we totally approve of. Apple has reimagined the design of this year’s iPhone line-up with a flat-edge design; it’s tough not to spot shades of the Industrial style design of the iPhone 5. We also love the new stainless steel finish including the new pacific blue colour option. The iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max are this year’s showstoppers with a vibrant Super Retina XDR OLED display. The Pro is now 6.1-inches while the Pro Max features a 6.7-inch display. The 12 Pro also boasts of a new Ceramic Shield front cover, that goes beyond glass and increases drop performance by 4x.

The entire 2020 line-up of four iPhones is propelled by the all-new A14 Bionic chip, the first chip in the smartphone industry built on 5-nanometer process. It features a 16-core Neural Engine — for an 80 per cent increase in performance. These phones are not just future proof in terms of processor speed but will support 5G networks when they become available in India. The Pro camera experience is a big part of the 12 Pro sales pitch. The new Apple ProRAW feature offers more creative control in photos. There’s also a new LiDAR Scanner for immersive augmented reality (AR) experiences.
