Consciousness is key to knowing what your POA is in any given moment. So the more you pay attention to how a thought, action or conversation feels while actively choosing to steer in the direction of feeling better/good, the less likely you are to get swept up into the fray of holi-DAZE and the more you get to dance to a h-AHHH-liday groove for the benefit of all!
