Healthcare spaces are becoming more and more patient centric and customer friendly. And one of the prominent areas of healthcare facilities which are prime points of public contact and access are waiting areas. Waiting areas in healthcare facilities earlier used to be similar to other public facilities; crowded and noisy, with an underlying character of chaos.
