• A few months ago I wrote about “Simple Series Tests” and even before that I wrote about “Voltage Flow (Series)” Believe it or not there’s more to a basic solid-state series cart than most folks think.
I sent these two tests along with the “Series controller test B-/M- jump” (below) to a golf cart mechanic the other day. He was hesitant to try it. He was worried it would arc or melt the jumper. I assured him that if the Power circuit was wired correctly it would not. Here’s what I explained to him.
