If you really want to make a difference then these easy but effective tips will help you cut down waste and do your bit for Mother Earth.

Start small

When you are just getting started, it is important to start small. Take baby steps, you do not have to change your entire lifestyle in one day. That is just going to put extra pressure on you, and will likely cause you stress and anxiety. Start with something basic like separating trash into different categories and have separate bins in the house. Get your whole family to learn how they need to separate trash and then let that become a daily habit. Once everyone is on board, you can incorporate other steps as well.
