From Bedroom To More Room

Earlier this year, we featured Liz and Andrew Ford on board their new boat Stannator with its cunning folding bed.

Both halves lift up and out of the way during the day, giving lots of space. It also means that when the bed is down, it’s a full 5ft wide.

And now we’re back to business we asked the manufacturer to reveal all.

As we all know, traditional sleeping solutions tend to be based on fixed berths which have to be converted and then made up every night and unmade again every morning, with the bedding taking up precious storage space elsewhere, during the day.
