Interior Designer Preeti Dhall, Design Director at Live space Interiors Pvt. Ltd’s duplex penthouse was completely remodeled to a contemporary space. Spread across 4,450 sq. ft. area across 20th and 21st floors plus 1,650 sq. ft. area dedicated to the terrace on 22nd floor of a housing society in Sector 45, Noida.

Ask Preeti, what kind of abode had she visualized and she says, “Design for me is all about innovation and dynamism, judicious use of technology and a showcase of bold concept, all this together led to the creation of the design style for my residence. A limited palette of harmonizing materials was adopted, as they bring consistency in design and minimizes maintenance. The interiors were finely detailed with custom-made furniture. The design approach took advantage of orientation leading to adjoining golf course being visible from most of the rooms. Not just this, previous cave-like rooms were turned to optimal and unusual large living spaces.”
